Event to benefit Stanislaus running programs

Cal State Stanislaus will host its annual Running of the Warriors today to benefit the school’s men’s and women’s cross country programs. The 5K run/walk, which starts at 9 a.m. in front of the Fitzpatrick Arena and circles around the campus, will allow the public a chance to run with the Stanislaus team.

Runners from both the men’s and women’s teams will participate to see where they stand, though they will start 2 minutes after the public.

Registration fee is $20.
