Camren Linnea Babbitt and Ryan Randall Schmidt are engaged to be married on Nov. 10, 2012.

Camren and Ryan met while attending Turlock High School and started dating in the summer of 2006. Ryan proposed in November 2011, in South Lake Tahoe.

Camren graduated from THS in 2006, and from Modesto Junior College in December 2011 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. She is currently employed as a registered nurse at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. Camren is the daughter of Allen and Marlaine Babbitt of Turlock.

Ryan graduated from THS in 2004. He is employed at Hilmar Cheese Co. as a water reclamation technician. Ryan is the son of Roger and Gee Schmidt of Turlock.

The couple plan to be wed at East Lake Ranch in Turlock with family and friends in attendance. A reception will follow the ceremony.
