Ashley Hodge and Ryan Knight were married on July 9 at the Union Hill Inn in Sonora.

Ashley is the daughter of Mike and Lesli Hodge of Turlock. She has a bachelor’s degree in Rangeland Resource Science from Humboldt State.

Ryan is the son of Jim and Dianna Knight of Red Bluff. He has a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology from Humboldt State and works for Western Environmental Consulting Incorporation.

The wedding had a refined rustic décor. The bride wore a strapless lace dress with a fitted bodice. She carried a bouquet of herbs and native yellow and white flowers.

The maid of honor was Mallorie Hodge, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included Ellen Nulph, friend of the bride; and Kristy Summers and Hannah Starn, cousins of the bride.

The best man was Ross Knight, brother of the groom. Groomsmen included Danny Rehse and Brandon Relander, friends of the groom. Quinten Summers was the flower chucker.

Ninety guests attended the reception, which was catered by Cattle Country Catering & BBQ. The cake was provided by Susie Grover – Tiers for Two. Guests danced to Sound Express DJ service.

The couple took a cruise to Alaska for their honeymoon and resides in Scotia.
