Kristi Dee Dubyak and Joseph Anthony Zarate were married on June 9, 2012, at The Inn at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach.

Kristi is the daughter of David and Lisa Dubyak of Turlock. She graduated cum laude from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology. Kristi is currently the Turlock area fitness manager at Brenda Athletic Clubs.

Joseph is the son of Marie Harter of Turlock and Joe Zarate of Modesto. He is currently attending Kaplan College and majoring in Criminal Justice. Joseph is currently a caregiver for In Home Care Services.

The wedding was held on a beautiful clear day overlooking the golf course and beach in Pebble Beach.  The bride's sister Shawna Dubyak was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Sellers, Vanessa Oliver, Christina Oliver and Veronica Stephenson.

Serving as best men were Joshua and Gaylen Stephenson. Groomsmen were Luis Carmo and Danny Sanchez.

A reception was held following the wedding in the St. Andrews Ballroom at The Inn at Spanish Bay. The father-daughter dance was very special to the bride.

The couple honeymooned on Catalina Island and plan to reside in Turlock and raise a family.
