Two Turlock men are facing a litany of criminal charges after they were arrested by the Turlock Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team.

Shortly before 9 a.m. Wednesday the narcotics team served a search warrant at a residence in the 500 block of Wolfe Avenue. At the home investigators discovered a half pound of methamphetamine, cocaine and prescription pills. Investigators also seized three loaded firearms, over $18,000 in cash, and stolen property that included a laptop and a camera, said Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.

Arrested at the residence were Frank Lee Cromer, 50, and Claude Stanley Smith, 64. The two men were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, along with a variety of other weapon and narcotics charges. They also were charged with possession of stolen property.

Cromer has three previous convictions for drug sales, according to Stanislaus County Superior Court records.

Wednesday's search was part of an ongoing investigation, according to the police department.
