Suspect threatens students walking to school

The Turlock Police Department is looking for information on a suspect who allegedly threatened two young boys Friday morning as they walked to school.

The two boys were walking to Dutcher Middle School on Hawkeye Avenue around 7:15 a.m. when a red Lincoln Navigator pulled up alongside them and the driver began verbally threatening them.

Officers responded to the school and gathered information from the students about the incident. The suspect was described as a white male juvenile in his late teens. The police department obtained video surveillance of the suspect vehicle. 

Anyone with any information about this incident, or can identify this vehicle, the suspect, and/or locate the vehicle, should call the TPD at 668-1200. The vehicle and/or the suspect should not be approached.
