Law enforcement officers are seeking the whereabouts of a man facing child sexual abuse charges in Oregon, who has a last known address in Turlock.

William Redhawk Espinoza, 35, was scheduled to appear in court in Crook County, Oregon on Monday. He failed to appear for his court date and a nationwide arrest warrant was issued for him.

Espinoza is facing charges of unlawful sexual penetration in the second degree and three counts of sexual assault in the first degree involving a child under 14 years of age.

Espinoza’s last known address was at a mobile home park at 1400 N. Tully Road in Turlock. He reportedly has family ties in Turlock and Stevinson.

Espinoza is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
