Film series: The Carnegie Arts Center will host a free viewing of the animated film “The Iron Giant” at 2 p.m. March 8. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. and concessions will be available. The Carnegie is located at 250 N. Broadway, Turlock.

Boeing Boeing: The Gallo Center Repertory Company will present the 1960s French farce “Boeing Boeing” with shows March 7-9. The play features self-styled Parisian lothario Bernard, who has Italian, German, and American fiancées, each a beautiful airline hostess with frequent “layovers." Women’s Day Expo: The Be Anything Museum will host an International Women’s Day Expo and Job Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 7 at 1111 I St. Suite 105 in Modesto. Rock & Gem Show: The 2025 Turlock Rock & Gem Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 8 and 9 at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds, 900 N. Broadway, Turlock. The show features minerals, beads, fossils, a fluorescent room, dinosaur walk-about, gem identification, kids activities, gold panning, demos, exhibits, food and more.
