Albertina Torres, 68, of Atwater, died May 14 in Merced.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on May 24 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel. A mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Atwater. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. on May 24 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service. Burial will be at Winton Cemetery.
Albertina was born in 1941 in Huanusco, Zacatecas, Mexico. She was a homemaker for 49 years and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church of Atwater.
She is survived by her husband, Martiniano Torres of Winton; sons, Juan Torres and his wife, Mary Cruz Ramirez, of Waterford, and Luis Torres and his wife, Cecilia Castro, of Atwater; daughters, Lelticia Torres, Odilia Torres, Paz Torres, Blance Torres and Erica Torres, all of Atwater; several brothers; and sister, Francisca Omos of Utah.
Services are under the direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Service of Turlock.
