It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Christopher A. Husman. Chris passed away peacefully on June 24, 2023 in Hilmar at the age of 55. Chris was born on August 19, 1967 to Jay and Mona Husman. 

Chris graduated from Hilmar High School and worked at Hilmar Cheese Company for over 33 years. He loved music, horticulture, cooking, learning other languages, and was a trend setter. Chris was also a loving son, brother, uncle and friend, and will be missed by all who were blessed to know him. Chris will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious smile and kind heart.

Chris leaves behind his parents, Jay and Mona Husman, his brothers Kurt (Kimberly) and Helm (Lisa) Husman, and his sister Brittany (Mike) Rickman. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, aunts, an uncle, and many cousins.

There will be a graveside service for family and friends on July 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at the Hilmar Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Hilmar Community Hall Dan Ramos Center 20079 Falke St. Hilmar, CA 95324. The family of Chris would like to thank Covenant Care At Home - Hospice and his cousin Darren Borrelli for their love and support during this difficult time.
