Cora Lee Bell, age 95, passed away at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House on Monday

January 26, 2015.  Born just outside Waco, Texas, she lived for 68 years in Turlock, CA. She and her husband Charles (Chuck) Bell, deceased 3/20/97, owned and operated the OK Tire Store for many years. She worked in the local cannery until her retirement.  She will be greatly missed by her children Allan (Marilyn) Bell, Karen (Phil) Darner and her five grandchildren, Lance (Carolyn) Bell, Traci (Frankie) Tantillo, Bryon (Chyna) Darner, Kerie (Nate) Moss and David (Linda) Darner.  She also has three great grand-children that she knew and loved, Alyssa, Robbie and Dante.

Growing up as the fourth child in a family of twelve children she was a wonderful example to many nieces and nephews.  She always went out of her way to make sure each one felt loved and special.  Her thoughtfulness and loving expressions and deeds will be remembered by all.

She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses at the age of 32 and was very active in teaching Bible truths to many people.  Her faith in the promise of a future paradise earth was firm and strong up to the end.  Her family and friends look forward to welcoming her back to a time when “sickness will be no more” (Rev. 21:3, 4.)  A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1400 East Ave., Turlock, CA
