Donald was born to Charles and Mildred Warnke in 1938.  He was a mechanic all his life and for the last 20 years he worked as a mechanic doing maintenance at Turlock Country Club.  

Don is survived by his siblings, Jean Posadas of Hayward, Jackie Rutherford of Lebanon, Ore. and Sherry Brace of Rocklin; companion, Sylvia Geddie; daughters, Angie (Jerry) Reed of Turlock, Cindy Wise of Tracy and Melissa Medina of Newman; grandchildren, Jeremy Reed, Cassandra Wise, Zack Wise, Christopher Medina, Aaron Medina, Jr. Medina, Marco Medina, Thomas Medina and Alyssa Medina; and great grandchildren, Javanni Medina and Zaiden Medina.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert (Bob) Warnke.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 17 at Allen Mortuary. Inurnment will be at Turlock Memorial Park.
