Visitation for Georgia Helen Passwaters will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16 at Allen Mortuary. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 17 at Allen Mortuary, with burial to follow at Winton Cemetery. Allen Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
