Jeanette passed away from cancer very unexpectedly. She graduated from Turlock High School in 1953. Her passion was music, singing in the Mixed Chorus, Girls Glee, Choir and the Girls Octet. She loved driving her 1936 Plymouth with her crazy friends and having fun. She met the love of her life Louie Aja in Turlock when he and his Navy buddy Mel Oliveira were cruising Main St! She was a member of Turlock Horsemen Club where many family memories were made, Livingston American Legion Auxiliary and Hilmar Y.L.I. Jeanette retired after 25 years at Selma Herndon school in Livingston where she claimed many kids as her own. Jeanette loved people and people loved her and her iconic hairstyle. After retirement and traveling, she and Louie fell in love with Kennedy Meadows and worked there for about 15 seasons. She was known far and wide as the KM cook and loved the cowboys. Jeanette was a devoted wife and mother and was preceded in death by her beloved husband Louie and parents George and AnnaMae Rocha. She is survived by her children Kathleen (Tyler) Roche, Randy and Tony Aja, grandchildren Tauna, Aaron and Amy Aja, Bailee and Madeline Roche, and great granddaughter Alice Aja as well as her dear nieces and nephews. Jeanette will be greatly missed by her sister Darlene (Mike) Friesen, and brothers Ron (Carol) Rocha and George (Delores) Rocha.
