Age 98 passed in her home surrounded by her family in Hilmar, CA. She was a homemaker for 32 years, she came to the United States in 1949 and settled in Hilmar and lived in the same home since she came to this country and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Hilmar, Altar Society of Holy Rosary, Y.L.I., St Patrick's of Holy Rosary, P.F.S.A. of Hilmar Council 26, Luso American of Turlock, S.P. R.S.I. Council 151 of Stevinson-She was a Secretary for many years and she was Past President several times, Hobbies, she loved to be with her family, crochets, playing solitary cards, she was known for her filhous recipe for the Holy Rosary Church of Hilmar. Survivors- Sons- Avellino Barcellos and his wife Kim of Lake Tahoe and David Barcellos and his wife Theresa of Hilmar, Daughter- Judy M. Sousa of Hilmar, Brother- Martinhio Rodrigues of Kerman, Sister- Filomena Martins of Turlock. 10-Grandchildren- Daniel Sousa, Mark Sousa, Chris Sousa, Michael Sousa, Amanda Cota, Kevin Barcellos, Sarah Rhoads, Erin Barcellos, Brittany Barcellos and Bailey Barcellos, 8-Great-Grandchildren, Preceded in death by her husband Avellino V. Barcellos on April 25,1978, Son-in-law-Bill Sousa, June 11, 2011. Brothers- Henrique Rodrigues and Jose Rodrigues Sister- Maria Rodriques and Genive Rodrigues, and many infants' siblings.
