Graveside services for Vicki Martin, 56, of Turlock, will be held at 10 a.m. Aug. 20 at Turlock Memorial Park, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, on Aug. 15, 2009.
She was a retired school bus driver for special needs children and a volunteer bus driver for the youth ministry at her church. Vicki will be remembered as a kind woman with a big heart who was well-loved by all and definitely one of a kind. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Martin; and her parents, Howard Lott and Jean Bessett.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Don Ellerd; grandchildren, Daniel Abuan and Rebekah Abuan; sisters, Cheryl Lester, Diane Lott-Sisler and Mary Ann Covey; brothers, Lucky Crane and Charles Crane; nephews, Jerry Papulias and Joey Papulias; and numerous nieces and nephews.
