Community support of Fusion Charter students much appreciated

On April 5, 15 local businesses and organizations provided information about employment opportunities to 130 students at Fusion Charter’s first career fair.  Attendees also heard from three guest speakers who shared information on what employers are looking for from job candidates to what type of experience they can include on a first resume.

I would like to thank all of the support we had for the career fair.  Our students benefit greatly from the ongoing community support and involvement in their educational process.  It is an extremely important part of our educational program at Fusion. We believe strongly in working with community members to provide education that is mutually beneficial to our students and our community so that we can be a partner and stay involved in everything that goes on in Turlock and the surrounding areas to ensure our students have the best possible chance to succeed and benefit our community.
