I couldn't agree more with Dale Parkinson's comments in his letter to the editor published in the Feb. 13 Turlock Journal.
Council members Kurt Spycher and Ted Howze’s comments during the council meeting were very inappropriate and tasteless to say the least and I'm happy to see that our Mayor John Lazar stepped in to tell these two that the council meeting was not the time or place for such talk. I also agree with Dale Parkinson's idea to eliminate Spycher and Howze from city government and hire two more people.
Well, Dale you and the rest of us Turlock citizens will get that chance soon when both council members’ seats become vacant in 2010. Make a difference Turlock voters, it's time for a change in 2010.
