Friday's rain showers, although much-needed for dry farmland, has caused  the Cal State Stanislaus softball and baseball schedules to be shifted this weekend.

The softball team's season will now end a day later as its final series against Humboldt State will now be played today and Sunday. Today's doubleheader will start at noon and the scheduled Strikeout Cancer event will now be moved to today. The Family Day barbeque will still take place at the conclusion of the twinbill this afternoon.

The Warriors will then host the Lumberjacks on Senior Day on Sunday with the start time at 11 a.m. to wrap-up the season.

In baseball, the Warriors did not travel to Rohnert Park to start the scheduled four-game series on Friday. Instead, they will host the Sonoma State Seawolves today for a doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. as originally scheduled. The Friday twinbill has now been moved to Sunday, in Rohnert Park, starting at 11 a.m. The two games here in Turlock will be a 9-inning and a 7-inning game at Warrior Baseball Field.
