Two men are facing burglary charges after they were caught stealing items from a construction area.

A neighbor in the 400 block of Spruce Street contacted the Turlock Police Department around 4:30 a.m. Saturday about two suspicious men seeing at a property that was currently under construction.

Officers arrived in time to find two men, later identified as Carol Harlan, 45, and Kyle Stephenson, 32, leaving the residence with various construction items, said Turlock Police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.

The two were taken into custody without incident.
