The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department and the Turlock Police department are both looking for a wanted felon suspected of committing several burglaries, including the theft of firearms. Rigoberto Franco, 39, is the prime suspect in several rural burglaries and has multiple warrants out for his arrest. In one burglary Franco is suspected of taking firearms, according to the sheriff’s department.
