A Turlock man hit the trifecta of bad driving Tuesday night.

Around 6 p.m. Tuesday a Turlock police officer spotted 58-year-old Valentin Ceniceros driving in the 500 block of Mitchell Avenue without his seat belt on and talking on a cell phone, according to the police report.

The officer saw Ceniceros almost hit another vehicle at the intersection of Mitchell and Thor Street and pulled him over.

Ceniceros was given a field sobriety test and it was determined he was driving under the influence, the report stated.

Ceniceros was cited for driving under the influence and the vehicle code violations.
