The Turlock Police Department is launching a new aspect to their Elderly and Dependent Adult Identification program.
The department now has forms that caretakers can fill out for their charges that might have a tendency to wander. The form will provide officers with basic information about the individual and caretakers are encouraged to bring a recent photo that can be included with the form.
The completed forms will be kept at the police department and can be used to identify an individual if they become lost or confused about where they reside.
The free forms are available at the Turlock Police Department, which is located at the corner of Olive and Broadway.
