The observation of a suspicious vehicle in a Turlock neighborhood led to the recovery of a stolen vehicle, a handgun, and the arrest of two men. Turlock Police officers spotted the suspicious vehicle around 7:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Noble Lane. A traffic stop was initiated and a check on the vehicle revealed it had been reported stolen out of Modesto, said Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Steve Rodrigues.
