A Turlock man who had previously been accused of sexually abusing minors has been re-arrested and charged with new offenses after more victims came forward. Elton Boyd Kelley, 62, is currently in custody at the Stanislaus County Jail for multiple sex offense charges stemming back to 2003, according to the criminal complaint filed against him by the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office. Kelley is facing one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child, oral copulation of an unconscious person, sending harmful matter with the intent of seducing a minor, and sodomy by force, according to the criminal complaint.
