The Turlock Police Department has arrested three individuals and is seeking the whereabouts of a fourth person in connection to the fatal shooting that claimed the life of a Turlock father Saturday. The arrest of Devenae Price, 24, of Ceres for the murder of 37-year-old Falane Jones of Turlock came about after Price was detained by the Alameda County Sheriff’s Department for what initially stated as a motor vehicle violation, said Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Steve Rodrigues. Arrested alongside Price and later charged with being accessories after the fact were Kelley Trezvant, 18, of Modesto and Deandranae Campbell, 19, of Livingston.
