The Turlock Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a burglar that broke into a Turlock salon. The burglary happened around 7 a.m. Nov. 14 at Bliss Salon and Spa at 4220 N. Golden State Blvd. The burglar used a crowbar to pry open the front door and then proceeded to fill a rubber tub full of product from the salon. The salon stated the thief was in and out in just about a minute’s time.
