A man attempting to shoplift a pair of shoes from Wal-Mart was arrested for robbery after fighting with a loss prevention agent and a police officer. During the arrest a Turlock Police officer suffered a dislocated shoulder and the suspect was shot with a Taser, said Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Steve Rodrigues. Arrested on suspicion of robbery and resisting by force was Cole Tyler, 20, of Turlock.
