A Turlock woman was seen running down Hawkeye Avenue with her pants down Monday afternoon, after walking into other people's apartments and starting fights.

The police were called to the 100 block of E. Hawkeye Avenue at 4:37 p.m. Monday when multiple residents called to say a woman was yelling and walked into another individual's apartment uninvited. Soon after, the police received calls saying the same woman was running down the street naked from her waist down.

According to Turlock Police Sgt. Stephen Webb, when officers arrived they found Amber Ledezma, 29, trying to hide under a vehicle with her skirt hiked up exposing herself.

Ledezma was arrested for being under the influence of a narcotic and unable to care for her own safety.
