A Turlock man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and child neglect after he was witnessed striking a sign with his vehicle and running two red lights, all with his 7-year-old son in the car. The suspect was identified as Gustavo Parra, 39. Shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday the Turlock Police Department received a report of a reckless driver in the area of W. Canal Drive and Kern Street.
