Three suspects rob Turlock bank
Crime-Scene-Tape

Robbers that carried out a take-over style robbery at a Turlock bank injured one customer and escaped the area with their ill-gotten gains.

The robbery was reported at 4:45 p.m. Thursday at the Rabobank at 2190 W. Monte Vista Ave.

Three suspects entered the bank wearing masks over their faces and hoodies pulled tight over their heads. One suspect was armed with a rifle, while the other two were armed with handguns.

The robbers pushed the customers in the bank down to the ground, causing a minor injury to one customer, according to the police report.

The robbers took an undisclosed amount of cash from the tellers and fled in a red pickup truck, said Turlock Police spokesman Russ Holeman.

The truck was found just a few minutes later by CSU Police officers. It was left at the intersection of Monte Vista Avenue and Four Seasons Drive with the engine still running and the doors open. Investigators later learned the truck had been stolen from out of the area.

Investigators believe the suspects had a vehicle waiting for them at the intersection and are asking the public to report if they saw any vehicle idling near or at that locale.

There was no description available of the robbers.
