Turlock bank robbed

Turlock Police detectives are investigating a bank robbery at the Oak Valley Community Bank by a lone man.

The robbery occurred shortly before 10:30 a.m. Friday at the bank’s branch at 2001 Geer Rd.

According to the police department, the suspect initiated a take-over type of robbery and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. It’s unknown if the suspect displayed a weapon.

The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic male adult wearing a black hat, a brown sweatshirt, and cargo pants.
