The Modesto Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating two men wanted for a home invasion robbery on Monday.

The two male suspects have been identified as Daniel Reagan, 27, of Oakdale and Richard White, 38, of Turlock. Both are wanted for home invasion and carjacking. A third suspect, identified as 31-year-old Maureen Buchanan, has been arrested by Modesto police officers on charges of home invasion robbery, carjacking and conspiracy.

The home invasion was reported Monday morning in the 2800 block of Stoneridge Drive in Modesto.

Buchanan was visiting the residence around 6:30 a.m. Monday and let in two men who had been knocking on the door. The two men were wearing masks and one was harmed with a handgun, said Modesto Police spokesperson Heather Graves.

The suspects ransacked the victim’s home as they repeatedly asked for money. During the incident, the victim was hit in the head with the gun, Graves said.

One of the male suspects left the residence with Buchanan in the victim’s truck that he had parked in the garage. The other male suspect left in a 2000-2001 dark blue Chevrolet truck with a white camper shell.

Investigators were able to identify Buchanan as a suspect from a photo provided by the victim that an officer recognized.

Anyone with information on the case or the whereabouts of Reagan and White is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 521-4636. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward. Tipsters may also text information to Crime Stoppers at 274637. Just type “TIP704” along with the message.
