The Turlock Police Department received 575 total calls, 411 calls for service and reported 169 officer-initiated calls from March 12-14, 2026.

The department took 63 reports, responded to 18 traffic collisions and made 28 arrests.

Arrests for March 12-14, 2026:

• Oscar Vasquez Contreras, 32, was arrested in the 1200 block of Geer Road on March 12 for possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, destroying/concealing evidence and obstructing a peace officer.
• Derek Castrejon, 33, was arrested in the 2000 block of W. Main Street on March 12 for trespassing and obstructing a peace officer.
• A male juvenile, 17, was arrested in the 1600 block of E. Canal Drive on March 12 for battery.
• Felicia Avila, 49, was arrested in the 2400 block of Geer Road on March 12 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
• Jason Criswell, 52, was arrested at the corner of Mitchell Avenue and E. Canal Drive on March 13 for possession of a stolen vehicle.
• Jashneel Johnson, 34, was arrested in the 1600 block of Colorado Avenue on March 14 for threatening a crime with intent to terrorize.
• Jeffrey Robles, 48, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Walnut Road on March 14 for inflicting injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
• Natasha Garcia, 33, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Minnesota Avenue on March 14 for assault with a deadly weapon.
• Manuel Horta, 19, was arrested in the 1600 block of Lander Avenue on March 14 for attempted murder in the first degree.
