The Turlock Police Department received 495 total calls, 371 calls for service and reported 128 officer-initiated calls from March 15-17, 2026.
The department took 43 reports, responded to 14 traffic collisions and made 15 arrests.
Arrests for March 15-17, 2026:
- Martin Orozcoenriquez, 53, was arrested in the 100 block of Clifford Avenue on March 15 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
- Joshua Delatorre, 45, was arrested in the 500 block of S. Minaret Street on March 15 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and smuggling controlled substances into a jail.
- Noe Miranda, 39, was arrested in the 100 block of Starr Avenue on March 15 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
- Carlos Garcia, 37, was arrested in the 00 block of E. Main Street on March 15 for battery with serious bodily injury.
- A female juvenile, 17, was arrested in the 1300 block of Lander Avenue on March 15 for disorderly conduct with alcohol and obstructing a peace officer.
- Grady Ervin, 63, was arrested in the 1400 block of E. Marshall Street on March 15 for battery of a spouse/exspouse
- Dustin Gallagher, 32, was arrested on the corner of W. Canal Drive and N. Golden State Boulevard on March 16 on a warrant arrest for being a fugitive from justice.
- Mario Vasquez, 32, was arrested in the 1300 block of N. Golden State Boulevard for driving on a suspended license due to a DUI.
- Angel Castaneda, 30, was arrested on the corner of N. Palm Street and E. Olive Avenue on March 17 for vehicular hit and run with property damage, driving without a license and failure to provide proof of insurance.
- Naresh Kumar, 27, was arrested in the 1800 block of Countryside Drive on March 17 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, trespassing and destroying/concealing evidence.
- Deno Dawes, 37, was arrested in the 1600 block of Lander Avenue on March 17 for stalking.
