The Turlock Police Department received 613 total calls, 421 calls for service and reported 195 officer-initiated calls from March 18-20, 2026.

The department took 52 reports, responded to 12 traffic collisions and made 14 arrests.

Arrests for March 18-20, 2026:

• Wendy Santillan, 48, was arrested in the 100 block of S. Golden State Boulevard on March 18 for vandalism of $400 or more.
• James McCutcheon, 33, was arrested in the 4100 block of Pin Oak Court on March 19 for vandalism of $400 or more and assault with a deadly weapon.
• A male juvenile, 15, was arrested in the 1600 block of E. Canal Drive on March 19 for grand theft.
• Luis Valencia Serrano, 36, was arrested on the corner of Marshall and S. Thor streets on March 19 for trespassing, violation of parole and obstruction of a peace officer.
• Agustin Galvan, 48, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Main Street on March 20 for vandalism of $400 or more, robbery, kidnapping, threatening crime with intent to terrorize and attempting to prevent a witness or victim from reporting using force.
• Robert Thomas, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of G Street on March 20 for unlawful possession of a tear gas weapon.
