The attempted homicide charge against a Turlock woman for stabbing two women over a missing cell phone has been ramped up to murder after one of the victims died from her injuries. The deceased has been identified as Eva Gallardo, 44, of Turlock. Her 26-year-old daughter also was stabbed in the same attack, though her injuries were not considered life threatening.
