A rash of destruction continues to plague Turlock as the police department reports a surge of shattered vehicle windows. The Turlock Police Department has had more than 20 reports of broken vehicle windows, said police spokesperson Officer Steve Rodrigues. All the vandalism is believed to have been caused by someone shooting the windows with a BB or pellet gun.
