A quick-thinking witness aided police officers in the capture of three teen burglary suspects.
Around 7:30 p.m. Monday a witness called the Turlock Police Department to report a burglary in-progress occurring in the 4600 block of Prairie Falcon Way.
The witness was able to get the license plate number of the vehicle the suspects were seen using and the registration led to a Ceres address, Turlock Police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis said.
The Ceres Police Department paid a visit to the home and found three teenage boys, along with the property taken from the Prairie Falcon residence.
Two 16-year-olds and one 17-year-old were booked into Juvenile Hall on charges of conspiracy, burglary and possession of stolen property.
