A woman was kicked and robbed Monday morning in the parking lot of a Turlock bank when a thief forcibly snatched her purse away from her. The woman was in the parking lot of the Chase Bank in the 2900 block of Countryside Drive around 9:30 a.m. Monday. She was approached by an unknown Hispanic man, who grabbed her purse and tried to take it from her, said Turlock Police spokesman Sgt. Russ Holeman.
