The Turlock Police Department welcomed four new officers to their ranks. Officer Paul Hernandez, Officer Colton Bickle, Officer Jeremiah Lupe and Officer Salvador De La Cruz graduated from the police academy on Friday and took their oaths of office with TPD on Monday.
