The City of Turlock provides several proactive and reactive methods of dealing with storm-related problems such as flooding, water storage and contingency planning. Storm-related issues can range from mere inconvenience, while others pose serious threats to safety or property. If flooding occurs on City streets, you may clean debris from the grating but please DO NOT remove storm grates or manhole covers, as doing so will create safety and security problems.
