Anyone hankering for a cup of coffee and a conversation about the state of public safety in Turlock will find both needs met with the return of the Coffee with the Chiefs program. Turlock Police Chief Rob Jackson and Turlock Fire Chief Robert Talloni are inviting the public to join them for the first in a series of chats over coffee. The first Coffee with the Chiefs is set for 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Friday at the Starbucks at 1611 Lander Ave. “Both Chief Talloni and myself are looking forward to the Coffee with the Chiefs event,” said Jackson.
