Family Friday: The Carnegie Arts Center will host a printmaking event for the whole family from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday. Participants will watch a screen-printing demo with artist Christopher Garcia then try it out themselves. This event is free and open to the public. The Carnegie is located at 25O. Broadway, Turlock.

Assyrian Festival: The Assyrian Festival will be held from 12 noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds in Turlock. Visitors can immerse themselves in the culture that started it all. For more information, visit cvassyrianfestival.com.
