John Haggstrom of American Legion Rex Ish Post 88 presented Lauren Young a check for $500 to go towards her husband's medical expenses.  

"Because our beer booth generates a large amount of money we can afford to do things for the community," said Haggstrom.

Sean Young was diagnosed with the life-threatening condition Guillain-Barre Syndrome and has been hospitalized since October 2015.  ABC Fitness teamed up with the Youngs and will hold a Fun Run Trail Loop at Donnelly Park on Feb. 27 to help raise more funds. 

"It means a lot to me and my family to receive a donation from such an awesome organization," said Lauren Young.
