Students of Jill Kline’s kindergarten class at Julien Elementary are celebrating their 100th day of Kindergarten today through a variety of events, including hosting 100-year-old visitor Gladys Linér. She visited Kline’s class on Thursday morning where students peppered her with questions such as how she celebrated her sixth birthday, what her birthday cake looked like and if she ever saw Santa Claus. Raised in Turlock, where she currently resides, Linér also shared several childhood memories with the students including family picnics and Sunday dinners. Students passed around a photo of her as a young girl and even drew what they expect themselves to look like at 100 years old.
