Clear the shelter
The "Clear the Shelter" event will be held starting at 10 a.m. on Friday and Saturday at 3647 Cornucopia Way, Modesto.

Stanislaus Animal Services Agency will be participating in the nationwide "Clear the Shelters" event on Friday and Saturday. This special event will offer a unique opportunity for animal enthusiasts to find their furry companions without any adoption fees.

As SASA finds itself facing unprecedented overcrowding with over 260 animals in its care, the "Clear the Shelters" event couldn't come at a more opportune time, according to shelter staff. To alleviate the situation and create room for more dogs in need, SASA is waiving all adoption fees for all dogs and cats during these two days.

Whether you're seeking a loyal cuddle companion or an active exercise buddy, SASA has the ideal pet for you. The dedicated staff at SASA is prepared to guide prospective adopters through the process of selecting the perfect match for their lifestyle and preferences.

The event will be held starting at 10 a.m. on Friday and Saturday at 3647 Cornucopia Way, Modesto.

SASA is dedicated to providing quality animal care and services to Stanislaus County residents. With a mission to protect and enhance the well-being of animals and people in the community, SASA aims to promote responsible pet ownership, control animal overpopulation, and find loving homes for shelter animals.
