Community gathers to support Salvation Army

The Turlock Salvation Army Corps Women’s Auxiliary held their 8th annual Membership Tea on Saturday at the Salvation Army Corps Community Center. Proceeds from this annual fundraising event stay in the Turlock Salvation Army Corps, and they help fund children’s programs, community programs, and S.A.L.T (Senior Adults Learning Together.)
Major Debi Shrum said that this year’s tea was the best attended so far. They sold 20 tables and raised funds through a silent auction of hand-made items donated to the Corps.
