The deadline for independent exhibitors entering market beef or horses at the Stanislaus County Fair is no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday.  The deadline for independent exhibitors entering market sheep, swine, goats, breeding rabbits and poultry, is no later than 5 p.m. May 9. No online entries will be accepted for independent exhibitors.  All entries and required information must be turned in to the fair office in person or mailed by the above deadlines.
