Samuel Mendoza of Turlock has successfully completed the 27-week cadet training course at the California Highway Patrol Academy. He is assigned to duty at the CHP's Hollister-Gilroy Area office.
Officer Mendoza is a 2011 graduate of Turlock High School. Prior to attending the CHP Academy, he attended California State University, Stanislaus.
Officer Mendoza's brother, Eginardo Mendoza, is an officer assigned to the CHP's Merced Area office.
